Hello there! Roxana Dan is my name. I work as a user/customer experience and interaction designer, and I am incredibly passionate about what I do.
I present myself as an experienced UX Designer skilled in user research, creating personas, information architecture, prototyping, user flows, wireframes, and user testing. Strong advocate for integrating Design Library components into products. Collaborates with team and stakeholders, supports Agile methodology, and actively participates in Scrum sessions. Embraces error sessions for research and crafting problem statements. Continuously learns new approaches to incorporate psychology into designs and seeks and gives feedback.
Quick micro-interactions with the team to evidence-based examples of best practices that result in more appointments, embracing error sessions that opened the door for research, and formulating the problem statement are all tasks that fall under my scope. I am in favor of the Agile technique, and I take an active part in the engineers' Scrum sessions. I also challenge my own ideas through open conversations with stakeholders, customers, and clients, discover new techniques for incorporating psychology into our designs and give and accept constructive feedback during our design meetings.
My natural curiosity drives me to seek out new opportunities for development. I gain knowledge by observation every day, and I feel gratitude through empathy.
