CFR Calatori has many customers visit the website primarily to purchase train tickets. Secondarily to view the train timetable and other press-related information. My goal was to identify problems so I could suggest ways to implement it better in the future.
Me, Roxana Dan, as an UX/UI Designer who uses the CFR Calatori website for buying train tickets.
The main job of a UX designer is to make products intuitive, functional, and enjoyable to use. By creating a customer journey map, I am thinking about a product from a potential customer’s point of view.
