About the Project

Zencey is a Medical Mobile Application. It presents itself as “Virtual medical assistant, doctors, health coaches and prescriptions for your health goals. On-demand 24/7.” I worked as a main freelance designer together with a team of developers and the client.

The goal of the Project

My objective was to redesign Zencey Application according to UX and UI principles, giving it a fresh look, new “clothing,” and developing a universal language (happy paths) that is simple to understand, results in a quicker reaction time for users, and meets users’ expectations. The key request from the client was to redesign the entire application to improve usability. I was able to redesign the new application with the aid of numerous reviews on Magazine Play and one-on-one conversations with the client. I made every effort to make the navigation, task fulfillment, and visual appeal of the entire application as smooth as possible.

Principal responsibilities

Principal duties include applying the design system, removing inconsistencies, building libraries for components, and consulting with client about new and current templates and how they might assist unify the final product. Daily international team meetings, the discovery and application of best practices, and developer talks about UI improvement based on UX research and discovery.
